How do I know if driving is hurting me?
Some vehicle seats are great and may fit us perfectly, while others may not fit so well.
We often blame our backs and not the car seat when we get pain driving, especially if we love our car.
Here are the signs that tell us we need to do something about the ‘fit’ of our vehicle seat?
- If we get pain or discomfort when we drive, while normally we have no trouble.
- If we already get back pain when sitting in ordinary chairs, but now, when we are in our vehicle, the pain is stronger than normal.
- If when we get out of the vehicle after a drive and we are stiff or have trouble straightening up, even if we have experienced no pain while driving. Stiffness is the earliest form of pain.
